THE OPPORTUNITY

To strengthen our Belgium team, we are currently sourcing a Senior Manager Program Delivery who will report to the Head of Global Performance Delivery.


The Senior Manager Program Delivery is accountable for executing performance management, portfolio management, ensuring delivery discipline, and governance activities for an assigned function or department.


The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, integrates work across stakeholders, drives governance routines, provides performance insights to leaders, and ensures initiatives are progressed through clear ownership, risk visibility, and disciplined follow-through.


The Senior Manager operates with moderate to high autonomy as the end-to-end owner of assigned PD&G routines and delivery processes. The role converts leadership priorities into practical plans, decision-ready governance materials, performance insights, and timely coordinated corrective actions. It works closely with the leadership teams of assigned function, project owners, functional managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain delivery discipline, improve ways of working, strengthen data and reporting quality, and embed scalable, digital, and standardized ways of working.


Responsibilities Of This Role


  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Run assigned performance management cycles and prepare decision-ready inputs and insights for relevant governance forums.

  • Maintain and improve KPI definitions, data quality checks, performance views, reporting routines, and insight narratives within the assigned scope.

  • Continuously improve performance reporting by simplifying outputs, reducing manual effort, increasing insight quality, and strengthening operational drumbeats routines.

  • PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND VALUE TRACKING: Coordinate portfolio health reviews by consolidating inputs, preparing decision materials, documenting outcomes, and following up agreed actions.

  • Support structured prioritization, capacity / resource / trade-off inputs to support leadership team discussions and decisions.

  • Standardize portfolio tracking, reduce duplication, and improve the quality, speed, and usability of portfolio decisions within the assigned scope.

  • PROJECT DELIVERY AND EXECUTION DISCIPLINE: Translate agreed priorities into integrated delivery plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, timelines, and decision points.

  • Coordinate execution across stakeholders by managing action logs, dependencies, risks, issue-resolution follow-up, and decision escalation.

  • Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement activities to strengthen delivery effectiveness, repeatability, and standard ways of working.

  • GOVERNANCE EXECUTION: Ensure governance materials are accurate, concise, decision-oriented, and aligned with current performance and portfolio views.

  • Maintain action logs, decision records, issue lists, and follow-up trackers with clear owners, due dates, status visibility, and escalation logic.

  • Propose and implement improvements to simplify governance routines, eliminate low-value activities, increase decision speed, and strengthen follow-through.

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, DIGITAL ENABLEMENT, AND CAPABILITY SUPPORT: Identify and address process inefficiencies, reporting pain points, manual workarounds, and recurring governance gaps within the assigned scope.

  • Drive adoption of digital tools, automated reporting, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven management routines within the assigned scope.

  • Contribute to capability building by sharing practical guidance, supporting onboarding, and helping teams adopt improved PD&G practices.


Key Requirements


  • 10+ years of professional experience in Capability Building, Learning & Development, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Organizational Development.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a strong advantage.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning and development initiatives.

  • Strong affinity on AI and technology.

  • Experience driving continuous improvement, performance management, and digital adoption.

  • Strong analytical, project management, portfolio management, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Currently based in Belgium or willing to relocate/work locally within Belgium.
