Siemens Industry Software NV is seeking a Product Management Lead for SPDM (Teamcenter Simulation) to steer the roadmap, align with development teams, and ensure seamless data and workflow management across engineering domains. You will lead a global team, translate strategy into executable features, and mentor sales and services teams.

The role emphasizes SAFe practices, collaboration with marketing, and maintaining market leadership in simulation data management.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as Technical product Manager or similar leadership role.
Proven track record in building and growing high-performance teams.
Deep expertise on Agile SAFe and its implementation with Polarion.
Hands-on SPDM knowledge including simulation/test data workflows.
Experience with cloud product releases and digital delivery.

Responsabilités

Lead the international team of product managers for SPDM and Teamcenter Simulation.
Translate roadmap elements into capabilities, features and stories for SAFe-based planning.
Train pre-sales, services and support on existing and new features.
Support portfolio developers, sales and customer pursuits including PoC.
Collaborate with marketing to promote the product and monitor competitive gaps.
