Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an experienced Technical Product Manager for Simcenter HEEDS within Engineering Enterprise Applications. You will drive the Simcenter HEEDS/MDAO roadmap and coordinate with customers, engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will gather insights from customers, prioritize requirements, and lead product development with engineering to meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Validated experience as a Technical Product Manager with expertise in MDAO software solutions.
• Strong technical proficiency with MDAO software solutions and engineering simulation landscape.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills for translating complex insights into product decisions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across multi‑functional partners.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a track record of delivering measurable value.

Responsabilités

• Define, own, and drive the product roadmap balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in alignment with the domain roadmap.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and champion decisions that deliver maximum value.
• Prioritize product requirements through structured discovery, competitive analysis, and collaboration with customers and SMEs.
• Lead product development execution with engineering and cross‑functional teams to match vision and quality standards.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to support GTM strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Represent Simcenter HEEDS externally at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to gather insights.
