Siemens AG in Belgium is seeking a Product Management Lead for Simulation Process and Data Management (SPDM) with Teamcenter Simulation to drive a roadmap and coordinate cross-domain teams across engineering. You will align needs and opportunities to shape a growth roadmap and ensure seamless integration with product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes leading a high-performance team, SAFe practices, and collaboration with marketing, sales and pre-sales.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as Technical product Manager or similar leadership role.
Proven track record in people management and building high-performance teams.
Deep expertise on Agile SAFe and its implementation with Polarion.
Hands-on SPDM knowledge including simulation/physical testing in relevant industries.
Experience with product release management and cloud product delivery.
Strong written, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across stakeholders within SIM, LCS and domain owners.

Responsabilités

Lead the product management team to meet inbound and outbound deliverables.
Create strategy and organize product roadmap elements to maximize value and revenue.
Translate roadmap into capabilities, features and stories for SAFe planning.
Train pre-sales, services and support teams on features.
Coordinate portfolio support including Proof-of-Concept demos.
Support service teams with implementation and deployment.
Monitor competitive landscape and identify gaps and opportunities.
Promote the product in collaboration with the marketing team.
