Job summary

Al Agedi is seeking a Solutions Designer HVAC to support cutting-edge projects across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will advise clients on integrated HVAC solutions, translate needs into technical concepts, and design systems with cost calculations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HVAC or related field, 3+ years of HVAC experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus). A hybrid work setup and training opportunities are offered.

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electromechanics, Energy Technology or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HVAC sector.
• Strong conceptual & analytical mindset.
• Experience preparing technical/commercial documentation.
• Organized, autonomous, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent Dutch & English; French is a plus.
