Job summary

Pauwels Consulting seeks a Solution Architect to define the technical vision for a strategic core product. You will design scalable, end-to-end architectures that mix cloud services with legacy data landscapes in an Agile setting.

Lead architecture and mentorship for squads, translate requirements into robust solutions, and ensure integration consistency across the landscape. Fluency in French and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Architecture and OO design including event-driven patterns.
• 7+ years backend development with Java, Spring Framework and Maven.
• 7+ years experience with IBM MQ, IIB, and AS400 integration patterns.
• 7+ years in data and integration using REST APIs and SQL.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and enterprise modules.
• Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core certification.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication to influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
