Tropos.io designs and implements data solutions that enable advanced analytics across platforms and use cases. You will build integrated data ecosystems spanning the modern data stack, ensuring scalability, reliability, and actionable insights for clients.

You will lead ETL/ELT development, design AI-ready architectures, integrate security and governance, and present complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders while supporting customer onboarding and maturity growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable data architectures based on client needs.
• Ability to plan and execute cloud migrations using proven methodologies.
• Proven ability to turn analytical challenges into end-to-end data solutions (ingestion to dashboards).
• Experience designing AI-ready architectures and integrating AI features.

About The Job

As a solution architect you design and implement data solutions that enable advanced analytics across diverse platforms and use cases. You build integrated data ecosystems spanning all layers of the modern data stack, ensuring scalability, reliability, and actionable insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-performing data architectures based on client needs, using Tropos’ best practices.
• Plan and execute cloud migrations using Tropos’ proven methodology and accelerators.
• Turn analytical challenges into end-to-end data solutions—from ingestion and modeling to dashboards and BI tools.
• Design AI-ready architectures and build user-friendly AI features on top that deliver immediate value.
• Integrate security, data quality, and governance principles into all solutions to support reliable self-service analytics.
• Present technical solutions clearly and provide training that supports client maturity and adoption.
• Share learnings to improve Tropos' toolkits, frameworks, and architectural playbooks.

Your Able To

• Advise both customers and internal teams on strategic data-driven decision-making.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data infrastructure and architectures.
• Define enterprise-grade data models and ensure alignment across platforms and domains.
• Lead the development of robust ETL/ELT frameworks with monitoring, performance tuning, and error handling.
• Select appropriate technologies and integration patterns based on business value and technical fit.
• Oversee BI platform strategy, ensuring dashboard usability, governance, and alignment with business needs.
• Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable dashboards and reporting solutions
• Write high-level epics and user stories that drive solution delivery and align with business objectives.
• Maintain high documentation standards and produce reusable technical and architectural documentation.
• Present complex solutions and roadmaps to both technical and business stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions that support customer onboarding and maturity growth.
• Implement security-by-design principles in all data and platform architectures.
• Design and build AI applications or solutions and integrate them into our data architectures.
