Médiane Benelux is seeking a motivated Software Leader to guide the development of advanced software solutions for tomorrow's transportation systems, focusing on the ATO domain. You will lead a team of developers, shaping software specifications and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a Linux environment.

Proficiency in C++, Linux, Docker/WSL, and web tech (React/Node.js) is essential, with strong English and French communication skills and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Industrial) required.
• At least 3 years of software development experience with C++ and Linux.
• Experience in technical leadership or team management.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of developers, ensuring growth, skill development, and technical guidance.
• Challenge the team, structure approaches, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with system experts to define software specifications in evolving contexts.
• Contribute to software development in C++ on Linux, using Docker/WSL.
• Oversee source control, delivery timelines, release planning, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to integration and clean release processes.
