Médiane Benelux in Belgium is seeking a Software Leader to drive embedded software for highly regulated rail signaling projects, including ERTMS. You will design, implement and lead software components in collaboration with system experts, and support integration with rail subsystems.

Joining a multicultural, safety‑crucial environment, you will mentor engineers, define technical roadmaps, and contribute to tomorrow's mobility through evolving C/C++ software in Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience with C/C++ and/or Linux environments.
• Prior leadership experience or strong interest in taking on a leadership role.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Participate in defining software specifications and architecture with rail system experts.
• Define and manage technical specifications and subsystem requirements.
• Support and contribute to development processes, tools, and methods.
• Provide technical support to the integration team.
• Develop software for tomorrow's transportation systems in embedded environments.
