VeroTech is seeking a hands-on software engineer (C#) to join our consultancy team and build C# Windows software for a modular platform used to create research tools and modules. • 3+ years of experience as a C# software engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows application development.
• Affinity with electronics and hardware–software interfaces.
• Comfortable with lean research, fast iterations, and evolving insights.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate with clinical experts and researchers.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, flexible, and hands-on.
• Swift for iOS is a plus for code reviews and collaboration around an iOS app.
• AWS cloud computing is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

About The Role

In this VeroTech consultancy role, you help build C# Windows software for a modular platform used to create research tools, prototypes, and software modules. You work across the full lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, verification, deployment, and documentation. The environment brings together software, hardware, and research, so you also contribute to architecture, interfaces, and integration within a complex ecosystem.

You collaborate closely with researchers, data analysts, clinical experts, and embedded engineers to turn user needs into technical requirements and working solutions. The role also involves RS485 and serial communication, with occasional oscilloscope checks to verify hardware-software interfaces. You help shape new algorithms, UI screens, backend migrations, and research tooling for the next platform.
