VeroTech is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to drive on-time, on-budget delivery of advanced engineering projects across hardware, software and system integration.

You will build cohesive cross-functional teams, guide agile and hybrid workflows, and shape project strategy while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role offers hybrid work options and a strong focus on learning and growth within a collaborative community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering with understanding of pyrotechnics and energetic or inert materials.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management or technical leadership within engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluency in French and English; German or Dutch is a plus.

About The Role

The Engineering Delivery Manager is vital in ensuring the on-time and within-budget delivery of engineering projects. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that incorporate hardware, software, and system integration. You will build cohesive teams to conduct all R&T/R&D engineering activities. Managing cross-functional teams, including system engineers, software developers, and test engineers, is central to this role.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet on‑time delivery, quality, and budget commitments
• Build and guide goal‑oriented teams to create an efficient and integrated engineering workflow
• Improve project execution through advanced project management practices
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Fluency in French and English; German or Dutch is a plus
