We're partnered with a fast-growing technology company in the renewable energy sector searching for a Software Engineer with strong Symfony experience to join their team in Hasselt.

This organisation's product combines software and sustainability, developing SaaS solutions that help optimise energy usage, improve efficiency, and accelerate the transition to cleaner energy systems. As a scale-up, they combine strong technical ambition with a pragmatic mindset.

You will play a key role in evolving core platform features, working across both backend and frontend components. Symfony is at the heart of the backend architecture, making this an ideal opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building robust, scalable applications with the framework. Key responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications
• Building and enhancing backend services using PHP and Symfony
• Developing interactive frontend components using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features
