The RPO Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen its internal technology team in Belgium. You will evolve a portfolio of business applications, enhance existing systems, and deliver new technical solutions in an Agile environment.

You will work across the software development lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to design, testing, and deployment activities to raise software quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience developing enterprise software solutions.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented software development.
• Experience integrating applications through APIs or similar integration technologies.
• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
• Previous experience in Agile development teams.

In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of a portfolio of business applications supporting key operational activities. You will be involved in both the enhancement of existing systems and the delivery of new technical solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative Agile environment.

Your responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Experience integrating applications through APIs or similar integration technologies.

• Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.


• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.


• Previous experience working in Agile development teams.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Professional working proficiency in both French and English.
