Ageas, Brussels-based, seeks a SOC and BCM Expert to independently run SOC for Corporate Center and support Group SOC activities, focusing on IT security and risk management.

You will develop and enforce the group information security framework, manage threat operations, BCM activities, risk assessments, and governance across entities in the Group. Hybrid work model with Belgium location.

Qualifications

• Master in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOC and / or BCM.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301) are an advantage.
• Proven track record in security operations and project implementation.
• Up-to-date understanding of cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fully autonomous in organizing and prioritizing own work.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• SOC Corporate Center day-to-day threat operations and incident response.
• Metrics and performance tracking.
• Participation in Monthly QA meetings.
• Collaboration activities.
• Coordinate with other entities and with the SOC provider.
• Oversee BCM activities at Corporate Center including yearly reviews.
• Review BCM risk assessment.
• Performing companywide BIA.
• Updating crisis and communication plans.
• Organisational awareness and governance.
• Oversee security activities such as access control, incident management, alerting, response, forensics, and reporting at the Corporate Center.
• Risk assessment validation through Business Risk Assessments.
