Ageas Corporate Center seeks a Senior BCM & Security Manager in a hybrid role to oversee external SOC provider and lead BCM lifecycle, incident escalation, and risk monitoring. You will coordinate with internal teams and executives to ensure resilience and regulatory alignment.
You will also drive governance, audit-ready documentation, and continuous improvements across information security and business continuity while collaborating with a multinational, cross-functional team.

In this hybrid role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day oversight of the external SOC provider as well as the execution of the Business Continuity Management lifecycle for Ageas Corporate Center. Acting as the primary bridge between internal operational teams, external security providers, and executive stakeholders, you will ensure seamless incident escalation, continuous risk monitoring, and full alignment with ISO standards.
