Job summary

Imec is seeking an Equipment Integration Functional Analyst to join its Smart Fab initiative in Leuven, Belgium. The role focuses on analyzing how our equipment integration software can implement business requirements, translating them for internal and external developers, and ensuring alignment with CIM and MES contexts.

You will work with business analysts, software developers and test engineers in a highly international environment, with dedicated PMO support across the software lifecycle and

Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree in engineering or exact sciences or equivalent by experience.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment with high product mix and delicate materials.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or CIM projects is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how the equipment integration software platform can implement business requirements.
• Pass specifications to internal and external developers, from configuration to additional logic.
• Collaborate with business analysts, software developers and test engineers in an international setting.
• Support test preparation and debugging with the PMO during the software lifecycle.
• Coordinate with adjacent CIM applications and MES when needed.

Education

Master's degree in engineering or exact sciences (or equivalent by experience)

5+ years in a complex manufacturing environment

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing (asset)

CIM project experience

Automation pyramid / equipment state engines knowledge

English proficiency
