Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of lifecycle-based Projects/Programmes/Services management.
• Knowledge of Service Design, Transition and Operation processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end provision of services and engage Service Delivery entities.
• Establish communication with Service Delivery Managers, customers, Account Managers and Data Analysts.
• Contribute to SLA preparation and negotiations.
