Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution of international silo and heavy industrial projects. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure QSHE, safety, quality, and installation standards are met.

The role requires traveling 100% internationally, Monday through Friday, and strong experience in industrial construction and large-scale installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction, silo projects, steel structures or large-scale installation.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of HSE/QSHE requirements.
• Able to read technical drawings and follow installation methods.
• Structured, hands-on, assertive and solution-oriented.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French or German is a plus.
• Willing to travel 100% internationally, Monday–Friday.
