Degro is seeking a Site Manager for road and infrastructure works in Ypres. You will take full responsibility for 3 to 4 sites, from preparation to completion, ensuring planning, quality and safety are consistently met.

You will coordinate and supervise a team of about 10 workers, organize daily planning, order materials, and maintain daily reports with clear communication to the project manager. A strong construction background is essential.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in construction or civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong administrative skills and comfortable with digital tools.
• Independent, structured work style with attention to detail and safety.
• Category B driver's license.
• Experience preferred; motivated starters welcome.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, organize, and follow up on site setup and daily planning.
• Order materials on time to avoid delays and standstills.
• Coordinate, motivate, and manage a team of about 10 workers.
• Involve yourself hands-on where necessary.
• Accurately maintain daily reports and final post-calculation.
• Report to the project manager on questions or challenges.
