Go4Jobs (Klein-Brabant) nv is seeking a Werfleider for large infrastructure projects in PUURS-SINT-AMANDS. You will plan tasks, lead a field team, and ensure safety and quality on site while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Bachelor or Master in civil engineering or equivalent experience is required. Experience as a site supervisor is a plus; Dutch is essential with French a bonus. The role includes an attractive package and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience as site supervisor is a plus.
• Willing to learn and motivated.
• Practical and technical insight.
• Team player who takes responsibility.
• Accurate and structured work.
• Good Dutch; French is a plus.
• Data recording and documentation.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE measures.
• Check technical conformity of works.
• Provide technical support to crew leaders.
