Siemens Energy seeks a Site Manager dedicated to Synchronous Condenser (SynCon) projects in Belgium. You will lead on-site construction and commissioning activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

Based on Belgian sites with engineering coordination to Bruges, you will collaborate with international teams across Europe to strengthen grid stability through SynCon technology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Engineering degree or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in construction management or site engineering on complex industrial projects, ideally within the energy sector, high-voltage substations, or power generation facilities.
• Fluent English is essential to collaborate with German teams and international partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Plan and manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring effective communication with engineering teams and all project stakeholders.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and project technical specifications.
• Oversee site inspections, construction progress, and the resolution of technical and logistical challenges.
