Siemens Energy is seeking a Site Manager dedicated to Synchronous Condenser projects, mainly on Belgian construction sites with coordination to Bruges engineering teams. You will lead construction and commissioning, ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with subcontractors while developing SynCon expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading on-site construction for large industrial projects.
• Fluent English; ability to work with international teams.
• Knowledge of high-voltage equipment and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Plan and manage site resources including personnel and subcontractors.
• Act as primary on-site point of contact with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and project specs.
• Oversee site inspections and progress; resolve technical/logistical challenges.
• Contribute to lessons learned and develop internal expertise in SynCon.
