Griffith Foods is seeking an Operational Leader to oversee shift teams, translate objectives into action, and ensure safe, quality-driven production across the site. The role requires strong people leadership and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

You will drive performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, OEE), lead continuous improvement and Kaizen events, and collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Engineering on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methods.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to Team Leaders and production teams across the shift.
• Own shift performance against key operational indicators including Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, OEE and Productivity.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the production area.
• Develop and execute improvement roadmaps aligned with site objectives and budgets.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering and HR to optimize plant performance.
