Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Line Leader to oversee manufacturing lines, drive safety, quality, cost and delivery targets, and develop the team to sustain technical mastery. You will translate section goals into line and unit targets and manage budgets, governance, and workforce planning.

You will lead a cross-functional team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold GMP and hygiene standards while stewarding key performance metrics across the line.

Qualifications

• Master's in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Leadership and coaching: passion for guiding and motivating teams.
• Experience with safety, quality and hygiene regulations (food industry is a plus).
• Knowledge of Lean Management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leaders and Technical Team Leaders and support their development.
• Collaborate with quality, safety and Continuous Improvement to form a strong, competent team aligned to business goals.
• Organize, monitor and steer production to meet standards; collaborate closely with planning.
• Monitor the technical budget and support the execution of the preventive maintenance plan.
• Support CI Coordinator in improvement projects and apply IL6S tools (Kaizen, RCA, EPL, tags).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental norms; conduct audits and risk analyses.
• Coordinate communication and reporting with the team and other departments (shift handovers, DMS 2, DMS 3; conduct Gemba walks).
