Job summary

C&A is seeking a Senior Manager for Shared Services & Accounting Processes in Belgium. You will manage the partnership with the SSC provider DXC, set up governance, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and drive the Accounting 2030 vision across multiple countries.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, change management and stakeholder leadership. You will lead migrations to the SSC, optimise end-to-end processes, and oversee regulatory compliance including ISAE statements, audits and CSRD

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, BPM or Finance Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls and shared service operating models.
• Experience with governance, SLAs and KPI management, internal controls and audits.
• Experience with ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA.

• Strengthen internal control framework and ensure compliance with policies, ISAE standards and audits.
• Lead strategic Finance initiatives including audits, CSRD implementation and system enhancements.

As Shared Services & Accounting Process Senior Manager, you will manage and continuously strengthen the partnership between C&A and its Shared Service Centre provider, DXC.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the partnership between C&A and DXC, acting as the primary contact for all accounting shared service activities
• Establish an effective governance framework, including operational reviews, steering committees, performance monitoring and structured issue resolution
• Manage SLAs and KPIs, ensuring that agreed service levels, quality standards and efficiency targets are consistently achieved
• Lead the migration and expansion of accounting activities to the Shared Service Centre, from business case development and transition planning to implementation and stabilisation
• Drive C&A’s Accounting 2030 vision and improve end-to-end accounting processes through standardisation, automation, enhanced quality and sustainable cost efficiencies
• Strengthen the internal control framework for shared service accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and relevant regulatory standards, including ISAE statements
• Lead strategic Finance initiatives, including audit tenders, accounting‑related CSRD implementation, AI within Accounting, system enhancements and other transformation projects

What You Bring

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Business Process Management or Finance Transformation
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls and shared service operating models
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional transformation or process improvement projects, including process migrations and change management
• Experience with service governance, SLA and KPI management, internal controls and external audit interactions
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to manage complex outsourcing relationships and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution
• Experience working across multiple countries, functions and organisational levels, as well as experience with ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA
