The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for the ServiceNow HAM module, ensuring technical issues are resolved and documentation is created. Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience and be fluent in both English and French. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Hardware Asset Management.
