NextChain Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Developer to design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM in a Brussels/Antwerp hybrid setup. You will work with JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Policies and integrations with REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

The role requires 4–5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM/CSM skills, and excellent communication for stakeholder management. Dutch and English are required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years ServiceNow development/consulting experience.
• Strong ITSM & CSM experience.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs & Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of ACLs, CMDB & platform security.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
