ITProposal in Brussels is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to advance our mature ServiceNow ESM platform, focusing on the CSM module and an OOTB-first approach. You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations while minimizing customisation.

You will work on configuring cases, workflows, catalog items, and record producers, and build integrations using REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub. Hybrid model in Brussels, 5-month contract with a daily rate of €672–€840.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM.
Strong understanding of CSM functionality and data model.
Scripting knowledge including JavaScript and GlideScript.
Experience with Flow Designer/UI Builder and Integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work independently and decide on customization needs.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions per requirements.
Translate requirements into CSM configurations and developments.
Configure cases, workflows, catalog items, and record producers.
Maximise out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.
Assess customization needs and minimise custom development.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and notifications.
Work with Flow Designer/UI Builder and Portal configurations.
Build integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
Perform unit testing and support UAT.
Maintain update sets and support release processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and document decisions.
