Vestas in Belgium is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines. This role involves ensuring the reliability of wind turbines through maintenance and servicing. Ideal candidates will have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or related fields, and must be willing to travel within East-Germany.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on‑site servicing and maintenance
• Work as part of a team (at least two people), repairing turbines and resolving faults
• Analyze electronic and mechanical error messages and accurately identify the cause
• Carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance
• Document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way

Profile

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial mechatronics, or mechatronics
• Willingness to travel within East‑Germany during the week; back home at the weekend
• Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally experience with SAP
• Comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level
• Valid Class B driver’s licence (financial support for Class BE may be available)
• Very good German (B2) and good English skills
