Tein Technology in Belgium seeks a motivated junior or internship candidate to support reporting and data analysis. You will manage service ticket reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, while automating processes with Excel, Power Automate and VBA. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable management information are required. The role offers a half-time minimum, with potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education or ongoing studies in office management, business management, administration, data analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, data modelling and dashboarding.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Experience with KPI development, SLA reporting and data quality management is an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with CMDB environments are assets.
• Experience with Power Automate, VBA, Grafana or similar tools is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and accurate reporting based on service tickets.
• Search, verify and consolidate the relevant information contained in tickets.
• Prepare SLA reports, KPI reports, dashboards and clear management information.
• Ensure the quality, completeness, consistency and currency of reporting data.
• Improve and automate the current reporting processes, which are still partly manual.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities to optimize data processing and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power Automate and, where relevant, VBA.
• Maintain dashboards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Services Delivery team with administrative and analytical tasks.
• Translate operational data into accurate and understandable information for internal stakeholders and management.
• Organize and prioritize tasks independently, while respecting reporting deadlines and quality requirements.
• Take on other related tasks when required, while reporting remains the priority of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting and service data management:

• Provide timely and accurate reporting based on service tickets.
• Search, verify and consolidate the relevant information contained in tickets.
• Prepare SLA reports, KPI reports, dashboards and clear management information.
• Ensure the quality, completeness, consistency and currency of reporting data.

Reporting process improvement and automation:

• Improve and automate the current reporting processes, which are still partly manual.

Profil

POSITION'S REQUIREMENTS

Education, Knowledge & Work Experience:

• Relevant higher education or ongoing studies in office management, business management, administration, data analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, data modelling and dashboarding.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Experience with KPI development, SLA reporting and data quality management is an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with CMDB environments are assets.
