Job Description

The role involves overseeing and delivering IT services aligned with business needs, requiring fluent communication with stakeholders and proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, 4Me, or BMC Remedy. Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL for service quality, incident management, and process optimization is essential. Key responsibilities include managing service desks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to ensure high standards and alignment with business goals.

Knowledge of .NET by Microsoft is required, supporting cross-platform development with languages such as C#. The role also involves being the primary contact and lead in the service team, providing exceptional customer experiences, proactive communication, resource management, and ensuring client satisfaction through digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and/or service management within an IT environment
• Technical insight into leading development in .NET
• Experience setting up application lifecycle management
• Experience in presales and sales activities
• People management and strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
• Languages: English and Dutch or French
