Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager in Belgium to oversee mobile network rollout projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives, including site builds, capacity expansions, and indoor coverage solutions.

You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your background in 4G/5G and strong communication skills will drive successful project outcomes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 4+ years in telecom with mobile rollout focus.
• Experience with 4G/5G infrastructure and indoor coverage.
• Knowledge of RISS agreements, site-sharing, and site acquisition processes.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors and budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Ericsson or similar network vendors.
• Understanding of civil engineering and structural aspects of telecom sites.
• Experience supporting temporary mobile installations for large-scale events or festivals.
