• Prior telecom experience preferred.

Do you want to play a crucial role in one of Belgium's largest telecom projects? Are you technically and leadership strong, and do you want to help build the future of superfast internet? Our client, a leading player in the laying of fibre‑optic networks, is looking for a Telecom Project Leader for the Antwerp region.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and coordinate all phases of telecom projects, from quotation to final delivery.
• Manage and motivate a team of site managers and technical staff.
• Regularly visit the sites and maintain contact with clients, subcontractors, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a customer‑oriented approach and provide quick solutions to technical challenges.
• Assign and monitor budgets, KPIs, quality and safety at all project sites.
• Handle financial and administrative follow‑up of the projects and report to the Business Unit Manager Telecom.
• Continuously strive for sustainable, innovative and efficient solutions in cooperation with the team.

Qualifications

• A master in Industrial Engineering or a bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent with relevant experience in telecom.

• Prior knowledge or experience in telecom is a major plus.
• Proficient in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
