Rhox is seeking a Senior Windows Specialist to own administration and improvement of core Windows services. You will investigate incidents, automate repetitive work, and contribute to decisions across endpoint, directory, messaging, and virtualization components.

You will align daily operations with ZeroTrust requirements and mentor colleagues on best practices. The role emphasizes strong scripting, hands-on management of SCCM, Exchange, LDAP, EDR, and VMware, with a focus on secure, reliable

Qualifications

10+ years of senior Windows administration or equivalent infrastructure experience.
Proficient with Windows servers and endpoints, troubleshooting and lifecycle management.
Strong scripting in PowerShell to automate tasks and reduce manual work.
Hands-on with SCCM, Exchange, LDAP, EDR, and VMware environments.
Apply ZeroTrust principles in daily infrastructure decisions and access controls.

Responsabilités

Maintain and improve Windows servers and endpoints for reliability and security.
Automate administration, monitoring, and repetitive tasks with PowerShell.
Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint configuration via SCCM.
Support Exchange, LDAP, EDR, and VMware services with proper security controls.
Deliver changes through ITIL processes and Agile collaboration.
Coach teammates and document standards for knowledge sharing.
