On IT! is seeking a Security Expert to act as a trusted advisor for clients in cybersecurity, conducting in-depth assessments and guiding security roadmaps.

The role supports the Security Competence Center and collaborates with sales and technical teams to translate audit results into concrete security improvements. Key duties include risk analysis, maturity reporting, and developing security strategies across governance, identity, and architecture.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of security consulting, cybersecurity advisory, security architecture or security engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Security Stack and Identity & Access Management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, vulnerability management, and security governance.
• Familiarity with NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Microsoft Security Best Practices.

Responsabilités

• Conduct security assessments and translate risks into business impact.
• Prepare risk analyses and maturity reports; present to IT and senior management.
• Validate security controls, identify misconfigurations, and map attack vectors.
• Provide security architecture advice and support presales and project scoping.
• Develop assessment methodologies and security standards within On IT.
