In4Matic in Brussels is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer Windows to design, implement and maintain a secure Windows infrastructure. You will drive automation, monitoring and hardening to ensure high availability and compliance.

The role requires at least 10 years’ experience across Windows, virtualization (VMware), AD, Exchange, SCCM, and security best practices, with on-site work five days a week in Brussels. Dutch or French and English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Windows DevOps Engineer.
• Belgian nationality and top secret security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Fully on-site assignment in Brussels, five days per week; remote work not possible.
• Dutch or French as main language, with good command of the other national language and English.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain reliable Windows infrastructure solutions.
• Lead monitoring, auditing, hardening and documentation for operational standards.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of DevOps processes.
• Coordinate projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure high availability and security across environments.
• Collaborate with other teams in an Agile setting.
