ENGIE Laborelec is seeking a Wind Expert Performance & Reliability to join the Wind & Marine Cluster. You will analyse wind turbine data, assess performance, identify root causes, and develop predictive models to improve asset reliability and lifetime.

The role combines operational expertise with research and innovation, offering international collaboration, advanced trainings, and a pathway to impact energy transition through cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering with renewable energy focus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Analyse wind turbine and wind farm data to assess performance and health.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Develop predictive models and actionable guidance for reliability and performance.
• Communicate results to clients and stakeholders and support proposals.
