JERA Nex bp is seeking an O&M Civil Asset Management Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of offshore wind assets, including 200 foundations and 250 km of subsea cables. The role involves coordinating maintenance campaigns both offshore and from the Ostend office, with occasional travel required.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have a passion for renewable energy. Qualifications

• Strong passion for renewable energy and interest in offshore environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Dutch and/or German is a plus.
• Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise offshore maintenance campaigns in Belgium and abroad.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
• Develop preventive, corrective and adaptive maintenance strategies.
