Bleckmann, a leader in supply chain logistics, invites an experienced Warehouse Solution & Design Engineer to join our global team in Belgium. You will design and implement innovative warehouse solutions, optimize layouts, and drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

In this role you’ll collaborate with project managers, IT and operations, delivering scalable, high‑performing designs across sites while supporting continuous improvement and sustainable logistics practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in warehouse design or supply chain engineering.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD) and experience with warehouse simulation tools.
• Knowledge of automation systems, material handling equipment, and WMS.
• Data analysis skills to support design decisions and process improvements.
• MTM methods knowledge for efficiency analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement warehouse solutions for customers.
• Develop efficient warehouse layouts and optimize material flows.
• Integrate automation to enhance operational performance.
• Support operations teams during deployment of new solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT, and operations.
• Contribute to scalable, cost‑effective logistics engineering.
