• 8+ years of relevant energy policy, investment research, consulting, or related experience.
• Deep expertise in European electricity markets, power generation, utilities, and energy transition policy.
• Proven experience advising institutional investors or producing investment-oriented energy and policy research.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Fluency in English; another European language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead Capstone's research and advisory work across European electricity markets, utilities, power generation, grid infrastructure, and energy transition policy.
• Develop differentiated, forward-looking investment theses based on European developments.
• Serve as senior advisor and thought leader to institutional investors.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with policymakers, regulators, and investors.
• Lead client engagements, briefings, and strategic discussions.
• Contribute to business development and client opportunities.
• Produce high-quality research reports, policy briefings, and client presentations.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Energy Systems, or related field

8+ years of relevant experience in energy policy, investment research, consulting, or investment banking

Deep expertise in European energy policy, electricity markets, and energy transition

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop new research, client, business opportunities

Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language preferred
