Vertis Environmental Finance is seeking a Senior Market Analyst based in Brussels to shape our view of carbon and environmental markets and translate complex developments into actionable commercial insight for trading, sales and clients.

You will lead market research on EU ETS, ETS2, power and shipping markets, develop quantitative models, monitor regulatory changes and present clear recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Significant experience in carbon, energy and environmental markets.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate market developments into commercially relevant insights.
• Independent judgement and high integrity with regulatory awareness.
