Delvaux is seeking a senior creative professional to lead visual merchandising and brand storytelling for events, retail activations and window displays globally. You will shape the artistic direction, ensuring the brand's DNA is reflected in every concept and execution.

With a strong background in luxury retail and visual identity, you will manage complex international projects, collaborate with HQ teams, and drive innovative ideas from moodboards to final production while coordinating

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail and luxury sectors.
• At least 5 years in a visual identity role.
• Strong creative vision and product affinity.
• Rigor, organisation and hands-on approach to projects.
• Proven management experience in international HQ settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop compelling creative concepts for events, retail activations, and window displays.
• Ensure alignment with brand image and DNA across all markets.
• Create moodboards, scenographies, and artistic directions for activations.
• Produce technical plans and brief suppliers for execution.
• Collaborate with production teams to translate concepts into reality.
• Build a portfolio of ideas to drive future projects and reactive capabilities.
• Coordinate with regional and HQ teams on VM guidelines.
