Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a client-site consultancy in Belgium. You will design user-friendly interfaces, maintain the design system, and ensure accessibility and consistency across platforms.

You will plan research methods, recruit participants, and translate insights into low/high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating with analysts and developers to deliver user-centered solutions. Fluency in French and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

Senior UX Designer with proven experience in design systems and on-site consultancy.
Fluent in French and Dutch; strong communication with clients and teams.
Experience designing user interfaces for complex applications and accessibility standards.

Responsabilités

Design user interfaces and maintain evolving design systems.
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure user needs are met.

Mission Overview

About the job Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be engaged in a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. Your role involves designing user-friendly interfaces and continuously improving the user experience of applications.

You will pay particular attention to the maintenance and development of the design system. You will ensure that components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date, while supporting teams in their correct usage.

Specifically, you will participate in needs analysis and ensure you understand users and their environment to best determine application requirements.

You will determine and plan research methods and assist in recruiting participants to collect necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).

You will propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping).

You will assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets user requirements and their environment.

You will ensure that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards.

You have experience in designing, managing, and maintaining design systems and actively contribute to their evolution.

Throughout projects, you will maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.

You are bilingual (French and Dutch).
