Keystone Solutions is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst for a client-site consultancy focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) improvements. You will translate business needs into AEM functionalities and support the OPP project by bridging business and technical teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role, knowledge of AEM 6.4/6.5, and strong communication. Dutch or French and English are required; workshops and training on Adobe products are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of AEM (including versions 6.4 and/or 6.5).
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Campaign is a plus.
• Experience in leading workshops and providing training/demos on Adobe products such as AEM.
• Experience with DevOps and Waterfall project approaches.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The successful candidate will work on improving and optimizing the current website built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology. This role involves supporting the objectives of the OPP project and acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the AEM team.
• Translate business requirements into Adobe functionalities and components.
• Provide guidance on business requirements and Adobe best practices related to assets, components, pages, templates, site structure, SEO approach, etc.
• Prepare stories for development and conduct functional analysis.
• Give demonstrations when testing new functionalities.
• Lead workshops to clarify specifications.
• Document Adobe functionalities and components based on business requirements and Adobe best practices.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of AEM (including versions 6.4 and/or 6.5).
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Campaign is a plus.
• Experience in leading workshops and providing training/demos on Adobe products such as AEM.
• Experience with DevOps and Waterfall project approaches.
• Experience with wireframes, UX concepts, and SEO concepts, and the ability to link them to AEM concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good coaching skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in discussions with web agencies/design agencies.
• Experience in discussions with technical teams.
• Spoken languages: Dutch, French, and English.
• Writing skills in English.
