Keystone Solutions is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst for a four-month, client-site assignment to optimize an Adobe Experience Manager-based website. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical delivery and improving the client’s digital presence.

You will translate requirements into AEM functionalities, lead workshops, prepare development stories, and document features. Dutch/French/English language skills are required with two+ years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of AEM (versions 6.4/6.5).
• Experience leading workshops and giving demos on Adobe products.
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; able to liaise with business and technical teams.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The successful candidate will work on improving and optimizing the current website built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology. This role involves supporting the objectives of the OPP project and acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the AEM team.
• Translate business requirements into Adobe functionalities and components.
• Provide guidance on business requirements and Adobe best practices related to assets, components, pages, templates, site structure, SEO approach, etc.
• Prepare stories for development and conduct functional analysis.
• Give demonstrations when testing new functionalities.
• Lead workshops to clarify specifications.
• Document Adobe functionalities and components based on business requirements and Adobe best practices.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of AEM (including versions 6.4 and/or 6.5).
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Campaign is a plus.
• Experience in leading workshops and providing training/demos on Adobe products such as AEM.
• Experience with DevOps and Waterfall project approaches.
• Experience with wireframes, UX concepts, and SEO concepts, and the ability to link them to AEM concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good coaching skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in discussions with web agencies/design agencies.
• Experience in discussions with technical teams.
• Spoken languages: Dutch, French, and English.
• Writing skills in English.
