EOLIS in Brussels is seeking a Senior UX Copywriter with a strong focus on Dutch and English content to shape clear, accessible experiences across digital channels such as websites, customer portals, self-service journeys and AI-powered interfaces.

You will work with a French-speaking UX Copywriter and a diverse digital team, translating complex business concepts into simple language, owning content initiatives from requirements to delivery, and ensuring tone, consistency and usability across

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UX writing/content design experience.
Experience with complex digital products and services.
Experience in multidisciplinary digital teams.
Experience with AI-powered user experiences is a strong plus.
Strong UX writing and content governance knowledge.

Responsabilités

Create and optimise UX copy in Dutch and English for websites, portals, self-service journeys and AI experiences.
Write clear, accessible content and help users complete tasks.
Apply plain-language and inclusive communication principles.
Develop and maintain content guidelines and best practices.
Act as quality gate for customer-facing content across touchpoints.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, product owners and developers.
Identify content gaps and opportunities for improvements.
Champion UX writing and contribute to ways of working.
