Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of Labcorp CLS functional team experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives

Responsabilités

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational goals.
• Evaluate business processes, employee capability gaps, and operational trends to recommend learning interventions.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training effectiveness and competency development.
• Drive standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.
• Measure and report effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Design training plans and material for onboarding and change management on strategic projects.
