Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Trainer – Continuous Education to join our Belgium team. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and governing continuous education programs to enhance project management capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities include analyzing training data, developing dashboards, and implementing improvements through standard methods. Travel may be up to 5% as needed to supportglobal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years Labcorp CLS functional team experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, change management, or organizational development.
• 4+ years of training, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational goals.
• Evaluate business processes, employee capability gaps, and operational trends to recommend learning interventions.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training effectiveness and competency development.
• Drive standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.
• Measure and report effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Recommend improvements based on training performance data and organizational needs.
