Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior technical roles within large SAP transformations.
• 4–5 SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.
• Broad technical expertise in SAP architecture, integration, data migration, and infrastructure.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other language.

Responsabilités

• Technical end-to-end oversight of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, infrastructure, data, and integration workstreams.
• Coordinate data migration and data load activities between program teams, source system owners, and integration teams.
• Manage technical dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Lead the integration of SAP with local, regional, and global satellite systems.
• Ensure seamless interaction between SAP, non-SAP, and legacy applications.
• Challenge and govern the external system integrator regarding solution quality and planning.
• Ensure end-to-end testing readiness across interfaces, legacy systems, data, environments.
• Identify technical delivery risks early and establish clear ownership.
• Translate complex technical dependencies into actionable decisions and measures.
• Support rollout planning from a technical perspective.
• Act as the central technical contact for program management, architects, developers, and delivery teams.

For an international retail and wholesale client, we are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Integration Lead to provide technical leadership for a complex international SAP rollout program. The client is deploying an existing global SAP S/4HANA template to additional countries and markets, with approximately 80% of the design being reused. The primary complexity lies in country-specific legal and tax requirements, data migrations, and the integration of approximately 30 to 40 local, regional, and global satellite applications per country.

Project Objective

Ensure the successful technical delivery of international SAP S/4HANA rollouts by coordinating integrations, data migrations, testing readiness, and technical dependencies across SAP, non-SAP, and legacy environments.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Technical end-to-end oversight of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, infrastructure, data, and integration workstreams

Professional Requirements (Must Have)

• Extensive experience in senior technical roles within large SAP transformation programs
• Proven experience from at least 4 to 5 SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations
• Broad technical expertise in SAP architecture, integration, interfaces, data migration, infrastructure, and system landscapes
• Strong understanding of complex SAP and non-SAP environments including legacy systems
• Hands-on experience with international multi-country SAP rollouts
• Experience with template-based rollouts and localization requirements
• Experience coordinating complex data migration and integration activities
• Experience managing and challenging large system integrators
• Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, application owners, program managers, and senior business stakeholders
• Fluent Dutch or French and at least basic knowledge of the other language
