• Technical expertise across BSS, contact centers, APIs, security and connectivity.

Responsabilités

• Organize meetings with all stakeholders.
• Follow the quality of operations, support change management in operations, drive improvement plans.
• Oversee technical implementation including testing to ensure delivery on time, on budget and on quality.
